After being arrival at Calicut, our representative will take you to Vythiri. You will check in to resort. After lunch you will visit:

Edakkal Caves: This cave is located 1,200 mts above the sea level on Ambukutty Mala. These caves are famous for its pictorial paintings. It is the only known place in India with Stone Age carvings. The visiting time to Edakkal caves is from morning 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. You can reach the lower part of the Ambukutty hills via bus or car from there you will climb hills. To enter the cave you have to pay reasonable fee. Enjoy the nature at its best here. Next visit the Muthanga Wildlife Sanctuary located 16 kms away from Sulthan Bathery; a rain-forest which connects Nagarhole and Bandipur parks is in Karnataka and Mudumalai in Tamil Nadu. It is rich in flora and fauna. It is considered to be the second largest wildlife sanctuary in Kerala. Trekking and jeep safari is also available,go and get excited with sight of wild animals like elephant, tiger, panthers, cats, monkeys and wild dogs. Sanctuary is also blessed with endless population of birds like peacocks, owls, woodpeckers, jungle fowls. You can make visit to this wildlife sanctuary from June to October. Entry fee is Rs.10/- per person, children below 12 years Rs.5/- per head.

This would be a full day trip to Kuruvadeep Island, one of the most beautiful spot.It is truly a nature’ gift to all the visitors, Kuruva Island is a protected river delta. Dwelling deep into this island, you can sight many attractive things like bridges made up of bamboo trees and the rare species of trees. You can have calm and lazy nature walk. You can also plan for trekking in Kuruva Island. Entry to this island is restricted during rainy seasons (June to September). The island is opened during the months from October to May and there is a nominal entry fee to the island.

On the last day of your trip you will visit Pookot Lake, a natural fresh water lake surrounded by evergreen forest and rolling hills.It is undoubtedly the most beautiful tourist spot. Boating in Pookot Lake is a memorable experience. A children park and a shopping centre for handicrafts and spices are attractions of the region. After visiting the Lake you will go to Soochipara Waterfalls, one among the most attractive falls, also known as Sentinel Rock Waterfalls. There is a pool below this waterfall, which is suitable for bathing, river rafting and swimming. There are few top huts located near the Western Ghats valley, adding to the beauty of this waterfall. Once you have completed exploring these places, finally you will be dropped at Calicut railway station.
